You work hard. Let’s make sure it shows up in the water. This session gives you clear answers to “why am I stuck?” and a simple plan to move forward — whether you’re brand new to front crawl or tuning up for race day.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Anyone who wants targeted, confidence-building progress: beginners finding their rhythm, returning swimmers rebuilding technique, and experienced athletes chasing sustainable speed and open-water efficiency.

WHAT HAPPENS (75–90 minutes)

 

1. Goal chat & baseline swim – we agree your priorities and capture above/below-water HD footage.

2. Frame-by-frame breakdown – simple, specific feedback that pinpoints the 1–3 changes that will unlock the biggest gains.

3. Coached correction in the water – live, actionable cues (with in-water audio where useful) so fixes land immediately.

4. Re-film & compare – see your before/after on screen so the improvements stick.

You leave with * Your videos (before/after) and a short voice-noted summary of what to work on.

* A personalised action plan for the next 3–4 weeks: key drills, session ideas, and checkpoints.

* Optional follow-up (quick check-in or another focused session) if you want support bedding it in.

* Where: Our Endless Pool studio in south Kildare (≈30 minutes from Dublin).

* Bring: Usual swim kit; snorkel/fins/pull buoy if you have them and spare towel/Dryrobe.

* Focus: Front-crawl for pool, triathlon, and open water (other strokes on request).

Coaching Session Format

Start time-10 min: Gentle swim (without exerting too much effort).

10-20 minutes: Gradual warm-up integrating technique instructions and drills.

20-30 minutes: Comprehensive understanding of intervals, heart rate progression, and varying levels of exertion.

30 min – conclusion: Seasonal training session focused on intervals for enhanced performance along with a cool down.
